A Hard core Hotelier, Ashwini Kumar Singh (M.T.M, M.B.A, I.H.M) brings with him over
20+ years of experience in the field, having worked with the many Hotels
from the mid-90s, when he started his career as a trainee Steward.
Under his guidance in india around 15 new properties got open. An international hotelier, Mr Singh has overseen operations of hotels in Belgium,
Germany, France, Srilanka & Holand. Mr Singh’s experience is based on a strong knowledge of hoteliering,
which he has gained over the years through several key responsibilities. One of the first seminal roles in his
career was heading the F&B departments of the properties in Varanasi, where he launched iconic signature
restaurants. Through the years, he has helmed several
Business and Luxury hotels as their General Manager. His experience in pre opening & renovating the
hotels, as well as overseeing the development of properties has
contributed to his vast knowledge of hotel development and projects. During this time Mr Singh's instrumental
role in coordinating between Owners, Designers, Architects, Project Managers and Operations allowed for these properties
to be built and launched in record times. Known for his strong leadership & strategist qualities,
organisational handling, communication and relationship building skills, he was responsible for vision
making and strategizing for over 20 Hotels (2500 Rooms).
In his quest to improve and contribute to the hospitality industry, Mr Singh has been actively involved in
prestigious national level hospitality federations such as the Hotel Association of India (HAI) where he is an
active Member and the Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Association of India (FHRAI). At state and regional levels he participated
as a Member of Hotel and Restaurant Association of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana State. Apart from
his official travel, Mr Singh likes to spend time with his family, often enjoying holidays with them. He is a keen
sportsman, preferring Cricket and Snooker/pool in his free time.
